Today’s Gift Guide is all about Health and Beauty. These are products that I have used and/or currently using and highly recommend.

Starting with this Collagen Supplement. We all need an extra boost of collagen for healther skin, hair and joints. I like to add it to my coffee or a smoothie because it blends into the drink there’s no obvious taste.

On that same vein, we all need to drink more water and this motivational water bottle helps you stay on track. I have the half gallon size and my daughter has the gallon size. It is equal parts intimidating and motivating, but seeing the progress of your intake really helps.

As the weather gets colder, our lips tend to get dry. This lip scrub exfoliator combined with this paraben-free lip treatment will keep your lips in great shape.

The mask mandates are still in play here in California (as well as other parts of the country) so you might as well make it chic. Replace those boring blue masks with these black disposable face masks. They go with every outfit!

We all have night routines and my favorite final step in oral care are these coconut-oil infused woven dental floss. They are thicker and stronger and really do a great job of cleaning between your teeth. I even double mine up so nothing is staying trapped. I also recently replaced my old electric toothbrush that I’d had for years with this toothbrush and wow, I was surprised at how powerful it was compared to my old one.

Ladies, you need this hair scalp massager shampoo brush to up level your hair wash game. It really helps clean the scalp area while the brush ensures product is washed out and detangles at the same time.

Small yoga mats just don’t do it for me. I splurged on this extra large exercise mat and it’s so worth it. You have all the space to practice yoga and any other floor exercises.

If your feet are not the smoothest (most people’s are not), you need to use this foot peel mask. It really does work. the peeling process can take up to 2 weeks and it’s low key satisfying. For ongoing care of your feet, use this intensive foot repair/skin healing ointment. Lather it on at night or after a shower and wear socks to keep the moisture locked in. It works!

Our favorite moisturizing skin lotion will have you smelling like the tropics. We have this on subscription and never want to be without it.

White laundry need a little oomph to stay that way and this laundry whitener should be part of your laundry process. Add a little scoop into your laundry machine with every load of whites.

A strong skin regimen is necessary for the overall health of your skin. Cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing is important, but adding a team using this facial steamer is also important. The steam opens up your pores and allows you to extra whiteheads, blackheads and blocked pores easily with the tools that are included in the kit. Doing this weekly will be a game changer for your skin. Try it!

These items will make great gifts for others and for yourself. Let me know what you think!
